Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 15th Jan 2024

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Printing.com.sg (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Quotations and Pricing

a. Validity of Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. After this period, prices may be subject to change.

b. Pricing

Prices are based on the specifications provided by the customer. Any changes to size, quantity, or other specifications may result in revised pricing.

c. GST and Taxes

All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. GST and any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

2. Orders and Acceptance

a. Placing Orders

All orders must be confirmed in writing, including detailed specifications such as size, quantity, material, color, and any other relevant details. Verbal orders or instructions will not be accepted unless followed by written confirmation.

b. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is only considered accepted once we issue an order confirmation.

c. Order Modifications

Any modifications to an order after confirmation may result in delays and additional costs. Customers must notify us of changes as soon as possible.

3. Payment Terms

a. Payment

All orders require full payment or a deposit (as agreed) before printing begins. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Late Payment

Late payments may result in suspension of future orders.

c. Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit/debit cards, paynow, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. All bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

4. Artwork and Proofs

a. Customer-Provided Artwork

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide print-ready artwork in the required format. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including low resolution or incorrect dimensions.

b. Proofs

We will provide digital proofs for approval before printing. The customer must carefully review and approve all proofs in writing. Any errors or changes after approval will be the customer’s responsibility.

c. Color Variations

Due to the nature of the printing process, slight color variations may occur between the proof and the final product. These variations are not considered defects.

5. Production and Delivery

a. Turnaround Time

Production time starts once the final proof is approved and payment is received. Standard turnaround times may vary depending on the order specifications.

b. Delivery

We will make every effort to meet the agreed delivery date. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, transportation issues) are not our responsibility. Delivery charges will apply unless otherwise agreed.

c. Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Each partial delivery constitutes a separate contract, and failure to deliver one part does not entitle the customer to cancel other parts.

6. Cancellations and Returns

a. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may result in a charge for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, including any costs incurred for materials or production.

b. Returns

Due to the customized nature of printing services, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or does not meet the agreed specifications.

c. Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will either reprint the order or provide a refund, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, non-delivery, or defects in the final product. In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and other materials provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You are not permitted to reproduce or use these materials for other purposes without written permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
