Return Policy

At Printing.com.sg, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing services. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have established the following Return Policy to address any concerns you may have with your order.

1. Custom Products

All of our printing services result in custom products that are unique to each customer’s specifications. As such, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.

2. Defective Products

If you believe the product you received is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please follow these steps:

a. Notification

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. This can be done by contacting us via email or phone, providing details of the defect, and attaching photos if applicable.

b. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your complaint, our team will review the issue and determine whether the product qualifies for a reprint or refund. In some cases, we may request that the defective product be returned to us for further inspection.

c. Reprint or Refund

If the product is deemed defective, we will either:

  • Reprint the order at no additional cost.
  • Provide a refund for the defective items. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Issues

Due to the nature of custom printing, certain issues are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or reprints. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Color Variations: Minor color variations between the digital proof and the final product may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
  • Customer Errors: We are not responsible for errors in the content or layout of customer-supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect sizes, or low-resolution images.
  • Late Approvals: Any delays in proof approval may result in delays in production or delivery, which are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order before it enters production, please contact us immediately. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the process.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

In cases where the product must be returned to us for inspection, we will provide return instructions. We may cover return shipping costs at our discretion, depending on the nature of the defect.
