    • Artwork Approval: Make sure your artwork is finalized and approved before printing to avoid any delays in the production process. Delays in artwork approval can affect the delivery schedule.
    • Design Submission Deadline: Artwork must be submitted by 1:00 pm local time on business days for next-day production. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be considered next working day, starting at 9:00 am local time.
    • Color Consistency: While we strive for color accuracy, minor variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products due to the printing process.
    • Express Printing: Is available for ready to print file format and specific sizes and materials. Custom sizes or special finishing options may require additional time.
    • Paper Selection: Different paper textures may slightly affect the appearance of colors. If precise color matching is essential, we recommend choosing the Pantone color printing for guaranteed accuracy.
    • Spot Colour: Pantone color or special finishing requests are quoted separately, and additional time may be required for these custom requests.
    • Turnaround Time: Refer to production time only and do not include shipping or delivery times. Please factor in additional time for shipping when selecting express service.

    2. Tolerance is required for alignment in double-sided printing.
    3. For double-sided with multiple designs, two separate files (front and back) are required, with pages arranged in sequence (e.g., page 1 of the front corresponds with page 1 of the back).
