    Important Notes

    • Page Layout: Please provide a multi-page PDF with the pages of your booklet arranged in the correct sequence. Our team will assist with the layout to ensure optimal results.
    • Bleed: For optimal printing results, please ensure your artwork includes a 3mm bleed on all sides. This extra space allows for slight trimming variations, ensuring your design extends seamlessly to the edge without white borders.
    • Design Considerations: Ensure that all important design elements, such as text and logos, are positioned at least 5mm away from the edges to avoid being cut off during trimming.
    • Design Submission Deadline: Artwork must be submitted by 1:00 pm local time on business days for next-day production. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be considered next working day, starting at 9:00 am local time. Any delays in artwork approval or modifications may extend the turnaround time.
    • Color Consistency: While we strive for color accuracy, minor variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products due to the printing process.
    • Spot Colour: Pantone color or special finishing requests are quoted separately, and additional time may be required for these custom requests.
    • Turnaround Time: Refer to production time only and do not include shipping or delivery times. Please factor in additional time for shipping when selecting express service.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. A margin of tolerance is expected for designs with borders.
    2. Tolerance is required for alignment in double-sided printing.
    3. All submitted files must meet the specified size and design requirements.
    4. Color variations may occur between different print orders.
    5. Reprints due to errors will be assessed individually, provided the issue is unrelated to the terms mentioned above.
